Design and construction of an automatic two type tray
former machine.
The machine is able to form two different carton trays with
triangle columns to each corner.
A specialized head forms the tray while the binding
process is made with glue on top of the carton disk en
route to the form head.
The machine is comprised of a feeder, a transport pusher,
the gluing transition, the form head and a tray output
stacker.
The machine can produce 6-12 boxes per minute.
The transition time between the two carton types takes
less than 8 minutes
